I purchased a Nikon flash, and was told that it came with a USA warranty. When I received the flash, it had no usa warranty card. Nikon confirmed that it was indeed grey market. Nikon stated that they would NOT service the flash. I sent it back for a refund. Walter at the estore promised to refund the return shipping as I was able to provide an email from nikon proving it was grey market. Walter never refunded the return shipping cost, even though I have an email from him stating that he would. Numerous calls to Walter go unanswered. I would not do business with this company. They are liars and cheats. They misrepresent the product they have and sell grey market Nikon flashes as USA product. Nikon will NOT repair grey market equipment.

"IN STOCK" PRODUCT ON BACK ORDER

On 8/16/14, I ordered 2 camera batteries that were listed as "In Stock" I received a phone call saying they were out of stock and tried to "bait & switch" me. I rejected the offer. Then received this email: We regret to inform you that the item(s) you ordered below is temporarily on back order. We expect this item(s) to become available within the next 3 - 5 weeks. You will receive an email with your tracking # once your back ordered item(s) ships out. We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for shopping at theestoreonline.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ On 10/7/14 they answered my next inquiry: The item is on a backorder. There is nothing we can do, we have large orders that must be satisfied. We do have the higher capacity battery in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience. Carter Hayes Customer Service 1-87*-595-**** www.theEstoreonline.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is now 10/24/14: Sent another email not yet answered. Keep in mind that Their ad is still offering these batteries at the same price and states "in stock".. Are these people Nigerians?

Website stated the item ordered was in stock ships in 1-2 days, contacted 4 business days later to be told it was on backorder for 3-4 weeks, received a generic item, unhappy requested an exchange for the original item, seller refused, couldn't find the item sent to me on their site, same price?? no item number, website still showed the original item I ordered as available / in stock, called - backorder 4-6 weeks. Told I could still buy the original item but couldn't exchange? BBB closed case resolved, seller wanted to exchange but I already bought it elsewhere, refund denied

Preferred solution: Requested a Canon 58 mm 250D in exchange for the item I was sent since I have already purchased the Canon 58 mm 500D, was sent an email stating they would see if they "can get it for me " their site lists it as available and in stock!

Avoid theestoreonline AT ALL COSTS!

I had a horrible experience with theestore. I ordered batteries which were not sent to me as promised and then - over the course of nine months - was promised that the correct ones would be sent and they never were. I returned the batteries sent to me to them via CERTIFIED mail, but they also (initially) denied they received them! A range of no less than twenty e-mail exchanges ensured with downright lies that what I had ordered had been sent or were being sent. Oh - and did I forget to mention that I demanded a refund which they refused to process? I had to go through my credit card company as nobody from theestore would respond to my requests... (I was not surprised!) I would NEVER do business with - or order anything from the theestore - ever again. They were absolutely horrible!

Bait-N-Switch tatics

Major LIARS - This is the email I just sent them Cancel this order - I'm placing a complaint with all Federal & State agency's I can - I don't deal with liars nor bait-N-switch History: 7/16/14 called online staff - told OEM NP-FM50 in stock - Placed order - 7/16/14 Red'd email - item back ordered with Sony - will be in 3-5 weeks 8/12//14 Sent email requesting status update - Rec'd email telling me to contact Sales 8/12/14 Sales said still backed ordered - wait another 3 weeks - I asked sales what happened to the original 3-5 - wasn't happy, I'll contact Sony - then hung up within 2 minutes I get a phone call stating Sony discontinued this item, But their item replacement is great - Told them NO ..... guess all the complaint reports I read are accurate ... Liars & Bait-N-Switch Do NOT Contact me again - Cancel this Order I'm done..

Bait and switch...you won't receive your order!

You will get some chinese replacement for what you offered. Then they will tell you they are sorry and will make it up...depending on your patience, they will keep telling you lies till the end of your life. stay away -scam!!! these guys are a shame for their parents! nuff said. gotta enter at least 100 words...weird. so I copy paste... Theestoreonline is a fraud

theestoreonline offered a Nikon SB400 flash unit and a camera battery for a total of $130.97. I few days later they called to say the flash was on backorder and wouldn't I really like a Vivitar flash instead. I said I needed the Nikon. They said it should ship in 3 to 4 weeks. No mention of the battery. I checked back then and they said the flash would go out shortly. A week later, they again tell me it is backordered and should be 3-4 weeks. They sound like a broken record and do not appear likely to ever ship the items.

They did the same thing to me with the same flash. The classic bait and switch routine. Offer a low price on a product they don't have and then try to get the buyer to take something else.

I won't ever order from them again.
